Hello! My name is Kristin.
I was thoroughly loving life and serving in campus ministry when I discovered my husband's sexual betrayal. That moment collapsed the life I thought I was living—and began a deeply painful, confusing journey I never saw coming. I was expecting my first child and suddenly every past memory of my marriage was shattered.
My ministry and pastoral leaders meant well but didn't understand the trauma of betrayal. With every new discovery of my husband's sexual secrets, my hope crumbled a little more... until our marriage ended in 2006.
For over five years, I was a single mom—navigating grief, motherhood, and faith with a broken heart. But everything began to shift when I met a Christian therapist who truly understood betrayal trauma. Through her betrayal support group, I found a circle of safety, validation, and deep healing. For the first time, I didn't feel crazy or alone. My heart began to mend. And over time—miraculously—my life began to flourish. Not in spite of the pain, but because of what God restored through it.
In 2010, I married Michael, and together we launched Living Truth in 2013 to offer hope and healing, to others walking the road to recovering from problematic sexual behavior and sexual betrayal.
What the enemy meant for destruction, God has redeemed as my life's mission. It would be my deepest honor to walk beside you as you reclaim your voice, your worth, and your future.
